Speaker: Paul Jensen –The Climate Reality Project ®
Paul is one of over 20,000 volunteers trained by Former Vice President Al Gore, who will hold public presentations and conversations on our changing climate in schools, community centers, workplaces, and more across all 50 US states and in over 50 countries worldwide. This will be a great opportunity to talk about the climate crisis, what it means for our community, and the solutions and actions we can take to make a difference. Paul N Jensen, of Danish origin is an international business owner now located in Fargo North Dakota.
Paul will present a slide series on global warming, its effect on our planet and close to our homes. He has gained his experience from being stationed abroad in various management positions to 8 different countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa for more than 25 years by ABB, Ltd., a Swiss-Swedish multinational corporation headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, and operating mainly in robotics, power, heavy electrical equipment, as well as automation technology areas.
Paul has firsthand witnessed climate changes from his many travels to more than 56 countries around the globe. His presentation will cover a general overview of the factors that influence the rapid change we are experiencing and build on research carried out by members of the Club of Rome from a recently published report, aptly named “Come On!”.
It’s going to be a great opportunity to talk about the climate crisis, what it means for our community, and the solutions and actions we can take to make a difference.
