When I watched Michael Moore's documentary on the renewables, especially on solar and wind, I felt saddened that he was so inept at following these technologies. There were lots of outdated information, coupled with misinformation. Sad that he would direct that movie.

A healthy Deposit price per can /bottle is a necessity for this to work well. It wouldn't hurt us to charge a similar high price for each of the packaging products that are recyclable. The deposit is just a temporary cost that you will get back when you recycle. It wouldn't be unacceptable to charge 20 -25 cents per can / bottle. It would be an adequate and awesome motivator to bring back the containers.♻️ Danish recycling record ♻️ 92 % of all bottles and cans were returned for recycling in Denmark in 2019. That's a record! More than 1.4 billion bottles and cans included in the deposit system were recycled - and saved the climate for more than 150,000 tonnes of CO2.
